GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

  • If a guest has health problems, we will help immediately and call you medical help. Until the rescue service arrives, the sick person is isolated from the public areas of the hotel.
  • We provide medical masks at any time at the hotel reception.
  • Thanks to the generosity of our premises, you can easily keep the safety distance of 1.5 meters or more to contact persons.
  • Our guests are asked to use the elevators with a maximum capacity of two guests per elevator.
  • Numerous options for hand disinfection can be found throughout the hotel.
  • All areas of the hotel are ventilated at regular intervals.
  • The cleaning intervals of public areas, guest rooms and other rooms have been increased.
  • Our cleaning processes follow the recommendations of the hygiene guidelines.
  • The precautionary measures described above improve the hotels strict HACCP concept, which was established and attended to long before the current pandemic.
