In our wellness hotel, located on the edge of the Eifel National Park, you will find your retreat on 900 m². In our spa, in addition to numerous relaxation areas and a large indoor pool, we offer you a steam bath and various saunas.
The perfect wellness experience should cater to all the senses. And that is why we put a lot of thought and care into ensuring that the facilities at our meticulously designed pool and wellness area are also easy on the eye. Oriental flair, subtle colours, soft light, premium materials, and vivid green provide the setting while you switch off and unwind. An indoor pool, Finnish sauna, bio sauna and steam bath ensure that you will not be short of options when it comes to de-stressing. Afterwards, lie back on one of the comfy loungers and enjoy total peace and relaxation.
Sauna hours:
Monday to Friday, 04:00 pm to 09:00 pm
Saturday to Sunday, 08:30 am to 09:00 pm
You are also welcome to use our sauna from Monday to Friday in the morning, please let us know one hour in advance.
When using the fitness area, we recommend light, comfortable clothing and clean sports shoes. In the pool area we ask that you please wear a bathing costume.
The sauna area is a clothing-free zone. Our guests place great importance on body hygiene. Please start your visit with a shower and place one of the provided hand towels underneath you when in the sauna or steam bath.
Please do not bring any jewellery or valuables into the spa area. These can be securely stored in the safe in your hotel room. We recommend that day guests leave any watches or jewellery at home due to the fact, that the hotel does not assume liability for lost items.
The gym is available to all guests aged 16 and above. The sauna area is open to adolescents from the age of 16, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Small children and adolescents below the age of 16 may use the pool area in the company of an adult.
To protect the health of our guests and to ensure that they can enjoy clean air, smoking is prohibited in the entire spa area. Please respect the spa users’ right to a peaceful environment by not making noise and speaking at a respectable volume. We also kindly ask you to avoid using mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. Taking photos is strictly prohibited in the spa area.

To ensure you have the space and time for an undisturbed experience, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your relaxation time. Please note that if you arrive late, your treatment time will not be automatically extended. We would also like to draw your attention to our cancellation policy.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid unnecessary costs. Cancellation or no cancellation on the same day will be charged at 100%.
