Our generous breakfast buffet is served Mondays to Fridays from 07.00 am to 10.00 am in the restaurant. Weekends and bank holidays: from 7.00 am to 11.00 am.

Our open-air bar on the newly designed sun terrace is open throughout the summer from 5.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
Our well-being and recreation spa area, the Quellenhof Spa, offers relaxation for body and soul: choose from two saunas, a steam bath, pool (130 sqm), fitness and quiet area as well as wide choice of treatments.

There is a bathing robe in the wardrobe of your room. Please contact reception if you would like to purchase one for your hotel feeling at home. If the bathrobes are taken home, there will be a surcharge of EUR 50,00.

All rooms and suites offer air conditioning. The room temperature can be controlled by the thermostat.
It is not recommended that guests use the minibar in the rooms to keep medication cool inside the room due to temperature fluctuations.

There is an electronic safe in the wardrobe of each room. Hotel management does not assume liability for the loss of any personal valuables. We would like to point out that, if we look after any valuables, liability is limited in accordance with German law.

Dogs are permitted in the Quellenhof for which there is a charge of €15 a day. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area. Dog kits are also available which include a dog blanket.

Please see the emergency plan on your room door for the exit to be used in the event of an emergency. All guest rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detectors. If you notice a fire, please call the switchboard, and state the location. There are fire extinguishers (only for initial fires) on every floor. Please note the instructions in your room and at the emergency exits indicated by the green signs. Please also listen to any announcements made via loudspeaker in the event of an emergency and concerning evacuation.
Environmental protection is very important to us: refillable soap dispensers, variable change of towels, breakfast buffet which uses as little packaging as possible, separation of all waste and much more is matter of course for us.
