Restaurant & Bar

What are the Quellenhof restaurant and bar opening times?

Breakfast
Our generous breakfast buffet is served Mondays to Fridays from 07.00 am to 10.00 am in the restaurant. Weekends and bank holidays: from 7.00 am to 11.00 am.

Lunch
Our La Brasserie restaurant is open daily from 12.00 pm to 02.00 pm.

Dinner

We serve dinner Mon - Sat from 6:00 to 9:00 pm in our bistro. Our classics even until 9:30 pm.

Where is the bar in the Quellenhof?

The entrance to our Elephant Bar is located in the lobby. Our bar is open daily for you from 2:00 pm to 00:00 am.

Our open-air bar on the newly designed sun terrace is open throughout the summer from 5.00 pm to 11.00 pm. Meanwhile, our Elephant Bar is on summer break.

Wellness & Spa

What are the spa and well-being facilities at the Quellenhof?

Our well-being and recreation spa area, the Quellenhof Spa, offers relaxation for body and soul: choose from two saunas, a steam bath, pool (130 sqm), fitness and quiet area as well as wide choice of treatments.

Sauna hours:

Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday to Sunday, 8:30 am to 9:00 pm

You are also welcome to use our sauna from Monday to Friday in the morning, please let us know one hour in advance.

What are the hair salon’s opening times?

Hair salon Stüber & Stüber:

Sundays and Mondays: closed
Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
Thursdays 9.00 am – 8.00 pm
Fridays 8.30 am – 6.00 pm
Saturday 8.30 am – 4.00 pm

To make an appointment dial (0) 9007 8433. The hair salon is located on the ground floor.

Rooms

Do the rooms have a telephone?

They do. Please dial (0) to make an external call. If you would like to contact another room, dial the room number.

Are there bathing robes in the rooms?

Are located in your room and are at your disposal during your stay.

If you wish to purchase them, please contact the reception.

Can I order additional bedding/blankets or pillows?

We can provide extra blankets, pillows, and woollen blankets for your room.

What should I do if I don’t want to be disturbed?

There is a “Do not Disturb” sign which you may hang on your door. Please note that if the card is on the door, the rooms will also not be cleaned nor will you receive any messages during this time.

Is there an iron in the room?

We can provide an iron and ironing board upon request. If you would like to use the ironing service (at an extra charge) please contact reception. Dial 911

Is there a television in the room?

Hotel rooms feature a flat screen TV with integrated radio and video text. Select international programs by using the remote control. Through your TV you will also find to our guest folder.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

There is a hairdryer in the bathroom – it is placed in the drawer under the wash basin.

When are towels changed in my room?

If you would like your towels to be changed daily, leave them on the floor. If you require more towels, please contact thereception. Towels left on the hooks will not be changed.

Are there toiletries in the bathrooms?

We offer guests a shower cap, comb, shaving set, toothpaste, and toothbrush. If you require any of these items, please contact reception. Dial -911

Is internet available in the rooms?

Our rooms offer free WIFI. Select the “Parkhotel Quellenhof” network and click on register.

Is there air conditioning?

All rooms and suites offer air conditioning. The room temperature can be controlled by the thermostat.

Can I keep medicine cool in the room?

It is not recommended that guests use the minibar in the rooms to keep medication cool inside the room due to temperature fluctuations.

Is there a minibar?

We will be happy to stock the minibar individually according to your wishes. Please fill out the enclosed order form and hand it in at the reception.

How do I address a technical issue?

If you encounter any technical challenges, please inform the reception team which will gladly assist. immediately. Dial -911

Is there a safe?

There is an electronic safe in the wardrobe of each room. Hotel management does not assume liability for the loss of any personal valuables. We would like to point out that, if we look after any valuables, liability is limited in accordance with German law.

What must I do if I lose my room key card?

Please contact reception immediately if you lose your room card. The card must be left at reception before departure.

When is my room cleaned?

Rooms are cleaned between 9.00 am and 03.00 pm. If you would like your room to be cleaned at a particular time, please contact reception. Dial -911

Hotel Service

At what time is check-in and check-out?

Rooms are available from 3.00 pm.

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 12.00 pm.

If you would like to check-out later or arrive early, please contact reception.

Is car rental available?

Do you require a cab or would you like to rent a car? Please contactour front desk who will be able to help.

Is the Quellenhof able to arrange a shuttle service?

A shuttle service can be arranged by reception in cooperation with our partners. Dial- 911.

What are the parking charges?

The hotel’s underground garage can be used at a daily charge. Prices depend on the length of stay and maybe Outside parking is also available. An exit ticket is available reception.

Is the Quellenhof able to arrange a flower delivery?

Would you like to surprise someone special with a flower arrangement? Our team at the front desk is happy to assist you. Dial 911.

Is a laundry service available?

A laundry service is available from Mondays to Saturdays: collection before 9.00 am – returned by 7.00 pm on the same day. Unfortunately, we are, unable to offer a laundry service on Sundays or bank holidays. For further details please see the laundry list in your room.

Is it possible to have a wake-up call?

We can make sure you get up in the morning! Please contact reception about this.

Our reception staff always do their best to make sure you are woken up on time. We are, however, unable to assume liable for missed alarm calls due to any technical or human error and ask for your understanding should such situations occur. Recourse claims excluded! Dial 911.

Can I print or photocopy documents in the Quellenhof?

Documents can be printed or photocopied at reception. Dial 911.

Can I send a fax or scan?

Please contact reception if you would like to send a fax or scan. This will be charged at the cost of a standard telephone call.

Can I send a postcard from the Quellenhof?

Is there anywhere to work-out?

Our 24-hour gym which is located in the basement, at the Quellenhof SPA, offers professional, gym-standard equipment. Entry via your room card. If you have any further questions, please contact reception.

How far away are the nearest airports?

Düsseldorf approx. 60 mins. by car

Cologne/Bonn approx. 55 mins. by car

Lüttich approx. 50 mins. by car

Maastricht approx. 35 mins. by car

Reception staff can assist with all reservations, flight information, booking amendments as well as confirmations and can also arrange a taxi, limousine or shuttle service. Dial 911.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are permitted in the Quellenhof for which there is a charge of €20 a day. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area.

Please consider the guests staying in the rooms after you: dogs are not permitted in the beds!

Can I pay by credit card?

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, VISA, JCB.

Can someone leave a message for me?

Any messages left for you will be brought to your room immediately.

Is smoking permitted in the hotel?

The Quellenhof is a non-smoking hotel. If you smoke in your room there will be a charge of €150. There is a smoking area with ashtrays at the main entrance.

Is it possible to hold a private event at the Quellenhof?

With 13 fully equipped event areas for up to 550 guests as well as the bar and restaurant areas, the Parkhotel Quellenhof offers many flexible options for your private function. Guests can, for example, choose from event rooms, the sun terrace, the bar, or restaurant. Our long-standing event partners can organize quality entertainment for your guests. Where can I buy newspapers/magazines?

An international selection of newspapers is available daily at reception and in front of the restaurant.

Will I need an international plug adapter?

If your electronic devices or mobile phones do not fit our standard European sockets you can borrow an adapter or charging cable from reception.

Allergy sufferers

I have an allergy – is the hotel able to consider this?

Each of our rooms is equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen from Mühldorfer. Please speak to our waiting staff if you require any of our specially prepared meals for people with food intolerances.

How can I contact a doctor?

If you need medical assistance, dial (0) 116 117.

In case of an emergency, contact reception as well.

What should I do if I need first aid?

Please contact reception. Dial 911.

Where are the fire extinguishers located?

There is a fire extinguisher on every floor – please see our Escape and rescue route plans.

Where is the emergency exit located?

Please see the emergency plan on your room door for the exit to be used in the event of an emergency. All guest rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detectors. If you notice a fire, please call the switchboard, and state the location. There are fire extinguishers (only for initial fires) on every floor. Please note the instructions in your room and at the emergency exits indicated by the green signs. Please also listen to any announcements made via loudspeaker in the event of an emergency and concerning evacuation.
