There is also a spacious restroom with a changing table available in the public areas. It is located at the entrance to the Kurmittelhaus, near our Quellenhof Spa.

For safety reasons, electric wheelchairs (weighing over 300 kg) are not permitted.

It houses one of the largest collections of ecclesiastical treasures north of the Alps. The collection includes numerous examples of sacred gold and silverwork, such as chalices, reliquaries, and altarpieces. Spread across approximately 600 square meters, objects from the late antique period as well as the Carolingian, Ottonian, Staufian, and Gothic eras bear witness to the liturgical practices and concepts of authority of their respective eras.

The Cathedral Treasury is accessible to people with disabilities.

At the highest point in the Netherlands, which stands at approximately 323 meters, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium meet. Surrounded by diverse natural scenery, the border triangle offers various hiking trails and observation towers. Ideal for a short trip with children are the adventure playground and the border triangle maze, which promise excitement, action, and fun.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. Any smoking in the room or near the window will result in a special cleaning fee of €150 . If a fire department response is required, we will charge you for this and reserve the right to charge an additional 20% service charge.

Please refer to the evacuation and emergency route map on your room door to locate the emergency exit to be used in case of an emergency. All guest rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of a fire, please call the switchboard and report the location. Fire extinguishers are located in every hallway and are intended only for small fires. Please follow the instructions in your room and at the emergency exits. These are marked with green signs. Please also be sure to follow the announcements over the loudspeaker system in case of an emergency and during evacuation.

The flat-rate parking fees of €20 (underground garage) and €16 (outdoor parking space) apply from the time of entry or check-in until no later than the check-out time of 12:00–12:30 p.m.

The entrance height of our underground parking garage is 3.02 meters.

Printen are a special type of brown gingerbread that can be either soft or hard. Printen are an Aachen specialty that have been baked in Aachen since around 1820 and are available year-round. A characteristic feature of Printen is the use of undissolved brown sugar crystals, which can be tasted alongside the many different spices even when simply nibbling on them.
