  • Where can I book my room at the best price?

    We always offer the best price directly through our website. You can choose to complete your booking directly online or via our inquiry form.

Dining

  • Restaurant Hours

    Breakfast

    Our extensive breakfast buffet is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the restaurant. On weekends and holidays, it is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.


    Lunch

    Our bistro is open daily from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.


    Dinner

    We serve dinner Monday through Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in our bistro. Our classic dishes are available until 9:30 p.m.

  • Where can I find the bar at the Quellenhof?

    The entrance to our Elephant Bar is located in the lobby. Our bar is open daily from 2:00 PM to midnight. During the summer months, you’ll find our open-air bar on the newly redesigned sun terrace. When the weather is nice, it’s open daily from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. During this time, our Elephant Bar is closed for the summer.

    You can relax both body and mind in our wellness area, which features two saunas, a steam room, a pool (130 m²), a fitness and relaxation area, as well as a variety of treatments.

    Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM

    Saturday through Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.


    You are also welcome to use our sauna Monday through Friday in the morning; please let us know an hour in advance.

  • Where can I get a haircut or have my hair styled?

    Hours of operation for the “Stüber & Stüber” hair salon:


    Closed on Sundays and Mondays

    Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

    Fridays 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

    Saturdays 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Is there a bathrobe in the room?

    Bathrobes are provided in your room and are available for your use during your stay.


    If you would like to purchase these, please contact the front desk.

  • Can I order additional bedding, blankets, or pillows?

    We’d be happy to bring you extra comforters, pillows, and wool blankets to your room.

  • What can I do if I want to enjoy the peace and quiet in my room?

    To do this, please hang the designated sign on the outside of your door. Please note that room cleaning will not take place during this time and you will not receive any messages.

  • Is there an iron in the room?

    We would be happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your room. For ironing service (for a fee), please contact the front desk. Dial 911.

  • Is there a TV in the room?

    The hotel rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with a built-in radio and teletext. The radio is built into the TV. You can select channels using the remote control. You can also access our guest information folder via your TV.

  • Is there a hair dryer in the room?

    There is a hair dryer in your bathroom, in the drawer under the sink.

  • When will my towels be changed?

    For daily towel changes, please place the towels on the floor; if you need more, please contact the front desk. Towels left on the hook mean: I’ll use them one more time.

  • Are hygiene products provided in the room?

    We have shaving kits, toothpaste, toothbrushes, cotton pads, and sewing kits available for you. Please contact our front desk. Dial 911.

  • Is there internet in the room?

    Our rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi. To connect, select the "Parkhotel Quellenhof" network and then click "Log In."

  • Is there air conditioning?

    All of our rooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning. You can adjust the room temperature yourself using a thermostat. Our air conditioning system includes a full-featured heating system. Turn the dial toward + to heat the room and toward - to cool it.

  • Can I keep my medications in the fridge in my room?

    Due to possible temperature fluctuations, we do not recommend using the minibar in the guest rooms to refrigerate or store medication.

  • Is there a minibar?

    Yes, our rooms on the third floor are equipped with a minibar. The rooms on the first and second floors do not have a minibar. Our Q-Shop is always available for small snacks and drinks.

  • How do I report technical issues in my room?

    If you notice any technical issues in your room, please contact the front desk. We will assist you immediately. Dial 911.

  • Is there a safe?

    Each room is equipped with an electronic safe located in the wardrobe. The hotel management is not liable for the loss of personal valuables. Please note that our liability for the safekeeping of valuables is limited in accordance with German law.

  • Who should I contact if I lose my key card?

    Please notify the front desk immediately if you have lost your key card. Please return the card to the front desk before you check out.

  • When will my room be cleaned?

    Rooms are cleaned between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. If you would like your room cleaned at a specific time, please let the front desk know. Dial 911.

Hotel Services

  • What time can I check in, and by what time do I have to check out?

    You cancheck into your room starting at 3:00 p.m.


    On the day of departure, your room will be available until 12:00 p. m.


    If you would like to check out late, please feel free to speak with the front desk staff.

  • Can I rent a car?

    Do you need a taxi or would you like to rent a car? The front desk will be happy to assist you.

  • Can the Quellenhof arrange a shuttle service?

    Our front desk, in collaboration with our partners, will be happy to assist you in arranging a shuttle service.

  • How much does it cost to park my car?

    The underground parking garage (€20.00 per night) and our outdoor parking lot (€16.00 per night) are available to you during your stay. The clearance height of our underground parking garage is 3.02 meters.


    You can obtain an exit ticket at the front desk; parking fees will be added to your room bill.

  • Can the Quellenhof arrange flowers?

    Would you like to surprise someone with fresh flowers? Our front desk staff will be happy to assist you. Dial 911.

  • Does the hotel offer a laundry service?

    Regular laundry service Monday through Saturday: Pickup before 9:00 a.m., returned by 7:00 p.m. the same day. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer laundry service on Sundays and holidays. Please refer to the laundry list in your room for further details.

  • Can I request a wake-up call at the hotel?

    We'd be happy to wake you up. Please contact the front desk.


    Our front desk staff always strive to fulfill your wake-up requests correctly. Unfortunately, however, we cannot completely rule out technical or human error. We therefore ask for your understanding that, in the event of a “wake-up failure,” we assume no liability for any resulting inconvenience on your part, and no claims for compensation may be made.   • Can I print or copy documents at Quellenhof?

    You are welcome to print documents or make photocopies at the front desk. Dial 911.

  • Can I send faxes or scans?

    To send faxes or scans, please contact the front desk. The fees incurred will be billed in the same way as for a regular phone call.

    You can purchase stamps at our front desk. We’d be happy to mail your letters for you!

  • Can I send a postcard from the Quellenhof?

  • Special cleaning fees

    In the event of exceptional soiling in the room, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of EUR 150.00 per personto cover the necessary cleaning.

  • Where can I do my usual workout?

    Our fitness area is equipped with professional, studio-quality equipment. It is located in the basement, within the Quellenhof SPA. The fitness area is open 24 hours a day. You can access it using your room key. If you have any further questions, please contact the front desk.

  • How far are the airports in the region?

    Düsseldorf (approx. 60-minute drive)


    Cologne/Bonn: approx. 55-minute drive


    Liège, approx. 50-minute drive


    Maastricht, approx. 35-minute drive


    Our front desk staff will be happy to assist you with all reservations, flight information, changes, and confirmations, and can arrange taxis, limousines, or shuttle services for you. Please dial 911.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Dogs are welcome at the Quellenhof and are chargedat 20.00 EUR per day. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or the wellness area. If your dog soils the room, a cleaning fee of 150.00 EUR per daywill be charged.


    Please be considerate of the guests staying after you: Dogs are not allowed in bed.

  • Can I pay by credit card?

    We accept American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, VISA, and JCB.

  • How do I receive messages?

    Your personal messages will be delivered to your room immediately.

  • Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

    The Quellenhof is a non-smoking hotel. If you smoke in your room, we reserve the right to chargea cleaning fee of €150. A designated smoking area with ashtrays is located at the hotel’s main entrance.

  • Can I host a private event at the Quellenhof?

    Whether you’re looking for a function room, a sun terrace, a bar, or a restaurant: With 13 fully equipped event spaces for up to 550 guests, as well as its dining areas, the Parkhotel Quellenhof offers a wide range of flexible options for your private celebration. The hotel’s long-standing event partners will also ensure your guests enjoy a sophisticated variety of activities through a supporting program.     A selection of newspapers is available daily at the front desk and in front of the restaurant.

  • Do I need an international power adapter?

    If you have electronic devices or cell phones with plugs that do not fit into our standard Euro outlets, you can borrow an adapter or charging cable at the front desk

  • I have allergies. Does the hotel accommodate this?

    Each of our rooms is equipped with allergy-friendly bedding from Mühldorfer. Please also let our staff know if you have any food intolerances and would like specially prepared meals.

  • What should I do if I need first aid?

  • Where is the fire extinguisher?

    Fire extinguishers are located in every hallway. Please refer to our evacuation and emergency exit maps for their locations.

  • Where is the emergency exit?

    Please refer to the evacuation and emergency exit maps posted on your room door to locate the emergency exit to be used in case of an emergency. All guest rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of a fire, please call the switchboard and report the location. Fire extinguishers are located in every hallway and are intended only for small fires. Please follow the instructions in your room and at the emergency exits. These are marked with green signs. Please also be sure to follow the announcements over the loudspeaker system in case of an emergency and during evacuation.
