The Quellenhof ranks highly in the Falstaff rankings

Stylish, even more stylish, Quellenhof: Asset manager “Jagdfeld Real Estate” has now successfully completed the comprehensive renovation of the public areas at its “Parkhotel Quellenhof” property in Aachen, which now presents itself in a completely new look to all restaurant guests and day visitors. The total investment amounts to approximately €630,000. “After thoroughly modernizing the rooms and suites on the third floor this spring, we have now been able to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of the public areas around the lobby, fireplace lounge, tea room, and conference rooms. The ‘Quellenhof’ has become more modern and inviting, combining refreshing elegance with a rich tradition,” says Benedikt Jagdfeld, head of “Jagdfeld Real Estate,” which is carrying out the modernization on behalf of the owners.

Over the course of several months of meticulous, detailed work, the craftsmen brought to life the design concept created by internationally renowned interior designer Anne Maria Jagdfeld. They tackled the fireplace and tea lounge, the rotunda, the hallways, the lobby, and the London, Vienna, and Lakmé event rooms, completely refurbishing or replacing floors, ceilings, and walls before furnishing the spaces with new furniture, curtains, and energy-efficient lighting. The focus was on a refurbishment that conserved resources as much as possible, allowing many items to be refurbished rather than discarded. Just this past spring, “Jagdfeld Real Estate” had invested nearly three million euros in the comprehensive modernization of 33 rooms and suites at the “Parkhotel Quellenhof.”
