The classic menu starts with scallop carpaccio with wild garlic vinaigrette, followed by a light lettuce soup with an onsen egg. 

The main course is a herb-crusted lamb fillet served with thyme jus, followed by a tarte Tatin with vanilla ice cream.


The vegan menu features seasonal spring flavors: beetroot carpaccio with arugula and horseradish, a curry and coconut “cappuccino,” and green asparagus with eggplant and shiitake mushrooms. The meal concludes with a rhubarb tart and sorbet.


The Easter menu is perfect for a delightful evening with family, friends, or as a couple.
