For him, the guest is the center of attention. As the new Rooms Division Manager at the Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen, Joscha Kranz puts the focus on the guest. He only succeeds in this together with the teams from the front office, reservations and housekeeping, which are now under his responsibility. He is also responsible for coordinating the processes in the SPA. To this end, the 37-year-old brings his knowledge acquired worldwide in renowned hotels of the top hotel industry and innovative ideas to a dynamic team. "His verve, his motivation to want to move new things, and his fresh thinking convinced us to bring Joscha Kranz to us at the Quellenhof," emphasizes hotel director Andreas Wieckenberg. Thus, the native Berliner recently came to the imperial city with his wealth of experience in his luggage. After his training as a hotel specialist at the Brandenburger Hof in Berlin, he started his career as a concierge at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski and was already accepted into the renowned association of hotel concierges "Die Goldenen Schlüssel e.V." there. He then moved to Saudi Arabia and later back to Europe, where he worked at the world-famous George V Hotel in Paris, among other places. After international stations at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Oetker Collection and Four Seasons, he was most recently engaged as Front Office Manager at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he became a member of the "AICR Switzerland" (Amicale Internationale des Sous Directeurs et Chefs de Réception des Grand Hôtels). Now he is excited about his new, exciting challenge at Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen. "After so many years abroad, I am delighted to make a fresh start here with my young family," explains the new Rooms Division Manager. "I have already been able to accompany many traditional luxury hotels, but the Quellenhof has fascinated me from the very first moment. I look forward to contributing my expertise and helping to shape the hotel's path together with a strong team."
