Cancellation conditions

We look forward to welcoming you to our Quellenhof SPA soon and would like to ensure that you can enjoy your treatment to the full.

To ensure you have the space and time for an undisturbed experience, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your relaxation time. Please note that if you arrive late, your treatment time will not be automatically extended. We would also like to draw your attention to our cancellation policy.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid unnecessary costs. Cancellation or no cancellation on the same day will be charged at 100%.

We always endeavour to provide you with an all-round pleasant and relaxing stay in our Quellenhof SPA. Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you have any questions or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

If there are any physical, mental or emotional sensitivities that we should take into account during your treatment, please let us know in advance (spa@parkhotel-quellenhof.de). In this way, we can ensure that your wellness time is optimised and that there are no delays.
